Updated tooltips, nose and chin patches, independent recovery

'Insufficient funds'-like hint was added to the tooltip in the shop.

Warnings that do not prevent item purchase (but let know that it will not be possible to use the item) are displayed in orange.

Ryo will now have a nose and / or chin patches for some time after the respective surgery.

Different types of surgeries will now have independent recovery periods which would only block surgery of the same type.
