I'm looking at the endings and the first one says that I've sucked the dildo too many times, is there a way to revert that like your appearance, or do I have to start a new game?
You'll have to start a new game if you want this particular ending; but you can also switch to any other one since this is the only ending which has hard condition (that can be failed).
